I see my best friend/s once a week at least usually. Others I see a few times a year or just message. Some once every month? I started talking to people again with real social interest around Summer of last year and now I seem to know quite a few people. I’m friendly and usually agree to go out.

I see someone probably at least once a month. I will talk to a few at least once a week. Everyone leads busy lives these days so it’s not as much as years ago. I still have half a dozen friends from high school who I am in touch with, another from work. I’ve always been a social animal and I think having to deal with people is great for the mentally ill. You have to think and maintain all the time…that teaches you some good habits!
