How often do you have to hear voices for it to count as often? I hear the demon 1-2 times/week. Is that often? I hear mumble and random words in the evening, every evening. I can’t sleep without my music. That is often. Maybe very often. I have nothing to compare with. How often do you hear voices?
If it wasn’t for normal I’d need here bad voices, real voices from them. inter voices once a month. and its usely some Dumb ? like did that shirt get warshed. when I know for a fact it did.
Only on occasion, they are less bad now that I am on meds. Usually when I am under stress. It varies.
The idea of “Often” might be a personal thing…
When I was at my worst… voices were every single day… sometimes for hours and hours.
So now that they only get loud once or twice a week when I’m tired… I don’t think of that as often.

For you… if you only heard them once in a while and now they are once or twice a week… that’s an increase in activity…
Maybe look at it is…are they increasing in frequency… or decreasing?

I hear random, mumbling voices. When I’m not on meds, I hear them constantly and continuously and they can go on for months or even who knows how long? If I’m properly medicated, I rarely hear voices. Only when I’m under some kind of emotional stress do they appear.
The demon is new. Then it’s increasing. Since a month ago or so.
Everyday depending how stimulated my brain is.
more or less all the time now. Hah it’s alright though, what can I do? They say a lot of ■■■■■■■■, but with every statement I grow less inclined to care about the content. They weren’t all that bad this morning until I read this post and started thinking about them. Takes about 5 minutes to shut them off.

i still hear voices everyday. I am going to my doc next week hopefully i can add another medicine on top of my Risperidal
24/7…but i have a positive informative alien .
no screaming demons anymore, which was annoying.
only the rare/occasional negative voice.

I hear noise/voices almost every day, not all day but random times in a day…I also need music to sleep.
I think that they are always there but I’ve gotten so proficient at ignoring them that usually they are like a annoying radio constantly playing in the background.

24/7 all day long and through the night even in my dreams they continue to talk and move through me. I do not have a inside voice anymore it is them saying all my words and thoughts but it is easier to talk to them this way. I like my voices and try to understand them all the time.

Oh, voices. I don’t hear them when I’m having nightmares. Interesting. Everywhere else, any other time, it’s like a normal person’s worst nightmare.
And I put myself through more hell because I can.
