minimum twice a week there is a major cleaning. I also do the dishes/ dust off and some stuff every day.

and once a week change of sheets and the laundry.

I can not live in a mess at all.

I have some regular cleaning that I do each day, like cleaning a dust from the shelves, cleaning my kitchen and bathroom - I hate when the bathroom is messy, but ā€œseriousā€ cleaning I do once a week. Like vacuuming, windows, ironingā€¦
Still when my mom visits she always find something that needs to be clean RN

Seems like I go through phases where I keep it really clean and nice, then I let it go for a while. Usually on days I work, Iā€™m able to keep it cleaner. Youā€™d think it would be on the days off, but I donā€™t want to do anything on those days lol.

Women are better at cleaning. Not sexist. I think men should be able to clean, but women are betterā€¦ they also are capable of putting on a fitted bed sheetā€¦which men r not! I think my sister and her husband have a good system. He does his chores. Like does the dishes while she does her chores. He does the more mindless stuff while she does the more careful of details stuff. As it should be!

@Indecisive I said I would like to have the capacity to clean because cleaning is part of
functioning and I would like to take care of myself.

My wife is on her spring cleaning kick. Right now she has me cleaning behind and underneath the stove and refrigerator. If I were living alone I donā€™t think I ever would do this.

Ya when I lived with ppl I was so much better at cleaning but living alone I procrastinate. If I had a partner it would be easier to motivate myself.
