If you qualify for Medicare, I highly encourage you to investigate a program SOcial Security offers called “Extra Help.” As long as you don’t make more than $20something-thousand a year and have assets, you likely qualify. This was critical for me to get because it brought my brand name prescription drug prices down from $95 to $7 and generics from $15-60 down to $3. Check it out.
