I can easily walk 5 miles a day, but this is irregular, some weeks I don’t walk at all but its easy for me to clock the miles up again even after a few weeks not walking as much. I think this is my base fitness right?
If I did my 5 miles a day in one go in the morning 3/4 days a week how fast would I see improvements in my stamina?
I’m going to Pokhara in Nepal in March and I want to do some day trekking in the Himalayas valleys. Could I get fitter in 4 months with regular excises such as walking.
What other excises should I be doing that doest revolve going to a gym. I do have some dumbbells.
