I smoke between 40-60 roll ups a day. I leave the end bit quite high though. Cigarettes helped my schizophrenia soooooo much. When I was really ill I did 50g pouch In a day or two.
If I’m on track I can smoke 30 a day no issue.
20 is too low, I been on smoking cessation to try quit or cut down. Vapes are very good, but its more expensive for me as I get airport tobacco (duty free). I don’t think I’ll be able to quit and there’s risk involved but I should just enjoy it, for now or until I’m old. It’s my behaviour that helps so there shouldn’t be a problem with it.
I smoke around 20 grams a day, that is about 30 Ryo. Tobacco is really expensive here, I don’t know, the downside living in Australia being a smoker. Wish I would be addicted to sugar, that would turn out much cheaper for me. All the people I know with mental illness are smoking and constantly financial broke cause smoking helps.
i used to do that. had equal to 2-3 packs a day of rolled filterless cigarettes. it really messed with my lungs eventually. they were crackling and when i would cough i would taste tobacco. that’s really bad for your lungs. i switched to nicotine pouches in my mouth.i use 9 mg pouches right now and about 10 a day. so 90 mg of nicotine a day. its not more expensive than it was to roll my own and its a lot safer
I used to smoke between a pack and two packs a day, about 30 cigarettes. Now I’ve been quit for 2 years and my pulmonary function tests are improving. Smoking gave me COPD.
