How much crying is normal?

I just leave the area unless it’s my wife or daughter.

I had a hard time reading because I would cry and need a break. I think it might be depression or a part of a mood disorder. Its not that uncommon with us. I think we get pretty harsh deal, and it throws a lot out of wack. I don’t think you should be crying 5 times a day. I think that’s pretty bad sign.

I think it’s a phase you’ll pass through in time.

i didnt know APs caused lack of crying. i feel like im going to cry quite a bit.

I’ve been like this for a long time.

I can’t remember the last time I cried - maybe summer of 2021. I don’t cry much medicated - and I was medicated in summer of 2021.

Well, I remember being just exactly like that when I was a menstruating female. I was just emotional. Now I’m usually not able to cry except lately because I’ve been pushed to the max stress I as a human being can tolerate by my health problems and my daughter. Crying reduces stress so, out pop those tears. It’s survival really. lol. You are tending to your stress chemicals technically, it just gets called crying by the general population.

I cry a lot… I cried this morning… When I was younger I rarely cried… but now I even cry during movies when something sad or something really good happens. I feel overly emotional… and I feel too deeply for people I shouldn’t feel anything for.

I have psychotic depression so the level of depression is like…threefold than normal depression. I don’t cry a lot, but I just feel really sad all the time. It sucks.

It’s ok to cry as much as you need. It’s good to be able to express your emotions.

Please try to be kind to yourself

I just think you’re a highly sensitive person. And that’s ok. It’s part of what makes you you.
