I trust it to be a well-established fact that dopamine levels are involved. One could go on to search for the cause of that, and once such is established, rinse and repeat… In general, I think I am not to be too concerned with the causes of my condition. I mean, I do not long a neurochemical explanation for why I feel hungry at times. It is important for people working on ways to relieve us from our symptoms, pharmacologists and the like, but I am no pharmacologist.
