How many push-ups and sit-ups should I do

I think I’m gonna join the edge but for now push-ups and sit-ups.

None ,don’t waste yoir time with that nonsense just lift weights? Squats and deadlifts are all thats really necessary.

Idk man push-ups make me pretty sore. Just did 3 sets of 20. Gonna go til I can’t anymore
