Despite being diagnosed with schizophrenia, I have no relatives with schizophrenia. Does anyone else?

I have delusional disorder but no one on either side of my family has any psychosis at all
Count me out, not many prior to my generation would have ever gone to a Dr to even be Dx’d, but it was obvious many had some kind of mental disorder.
Mental illness affects me, my mother and my sister, but they don’t have any sort of psychotic illness, and neither do any of my other family members on my mother’s side of the family. I can’t say if it runs on my father’s side of the family because he’s gone so I may never know.

I don’t believe anyone in my family has SZ that I am aware of. No one has been officially diagnosed that I was told of but then my mom is a christian and she says she “talks to God” so you never know. However, I am aware that this is common with Christians.
