Im way overweight for my height. I’m 5’6 and 235 pounds.
I am 5’11" and 241 lbs.
I’m a butterball variety of velociraptor, darn it. Not as big as I was, but not as small as I could be.
All the better for thanksgiving dinner
I’m 5’10 220. Good enough.
I’m the fattest one on here.
Sorry leafy, I wouldn’t be so sure though. Not everyone is sharing their weight. Ap’s really get us sz.
I am 290lb 5ft10.
Back when I was on Zyprexa I 340lbs. I’m down to 250-260 now I’m 6’0".
Wow, 340 is huge. Congrats on the weight loss @anon54988740 !
Thanks @Bowens. If I could just lose another 10 or 20 lbs, it would make it an even 100 lb weight loss.
5’9 142 from age 15-30. 165 pounds on meds at age 32, up and down since, was only 135 pounds 9 months ago on the OMAD but back up to 160 currently, i plan to get up to 195 pounds if i can afford it.
I weigh 240 and I’m 5’ 2"
I’ve been overweight, way overweight, for the past 15 years. I’ve been slowly losing weight over the last number of years, It was only a couple weeks ago I finally managed to hit the normal weight for my height (According to the BMI). This was only possible due to a med change from olanzapine to lurasidone.
The Oculus will help when it gets here next week. It will up my activity level.
I need to make sure I start walking my dog at least TWICE a day. I lost 10 pounds when I was doing it consistently. I have a hard time with motivation sometimes. Might be a little easier in the fall…not as hot outside. The doggy would enjoy it too.
I was doing more walking last year. Having to rely on the oxygen more this year and the tubing is making me crazy. Finding it difficult to strap it on and go.
That’s what she said
