I speak and write fluently 3 languages, Arabic, English and French. I know some Spanish and some German but not fluent.
I dabble in a lot of languages but can only officially speak two. But I’m on my way to more !!!

Isn’t French an official language in Belgium? I have family in Belgium and they speak French and Flemish.
it is yea, but i never learned french well… i feel sad about that. i would have liked to speak french too. In the school we have to learn french too but it didn’t stick with me.

Here in Quebec they teach us French and English in school. I did college in French and university in English.

No they are two distinctly different languages. People who lives in South Africa can mix a lot of the words of these two languages in conversation. Its like slang. We have so many different cultures in my country. English is my second language. Afrikaans is a lot like dutch and flemish.
