Usually in bed at 5pm and get up between 4 and 5 am. I prefer the early mornings when my mood is better. I tend to get depressed in the evenings. Plus i get to do my shopping at the 24/7 tesco early, and beat the paranoia of the crowds…

That varies wildly. Around 8-9 though. Recently i wake up around 6. But i linger in bed until 8-9.

Yes. And when I sleep 12+ I feel tired and foggy

Most days, I sleep around 11 hours. Last night, I only slept 5 because I started cooking some banana bread, only it took much longer than I expected. Then I made hot chocolate, which took about 20 minutes because I screwed up the milk. Then Chloe had to go to the bathroom twice. Then, around 8am, my brother yelled my name to ask if I was coming to drop him off at school, lol. It’s okay though. I can nap later. Plus, my awesome mom is bringing me back a medium coffee with 5 cream from McDonalds… I always add a ton more creamer though.

I feel the same too at times.

Go to sleep around 1 am and wake up around 1PM sometimes 2pm.

I’m down from 10 hours or so to under 8 most days. Sometimes I’ll sleep a little longer but that is rare. I’m happy about that. Less time asleep means more time to play up!

Mine varies too much to choose. I sleep 12 or more or 3 hours. I don’t really understand why.

I go to bed ar ound 7 but I dont gp to sleep until 10 orso. Get up at 6:20. Gp back to bed so.etimes at 7:30 am until 10 or 11

Its good that your sleep pattern is like that… you do a lot of excercise?

Exercise is the only thing I’ve done differently. It gets better the more you do!

do it. It helps mental and gets better and easier the more you do!

I started with an activity tracker. You can get a cheap one. I did so many steps a day. For me the minimum is 10,000. Best thing I ever did!

I find this too. I prefer the mornings when I am half asleep smoking cigarettes drinking coffee and being on the forum

my sleep is all over the map. sometime 1 hour (very rare) , sometime 4 hours (rare),
sometimes 7 or 8 hours sometimes 10 hours sometimes 12 hours sometimes 14 hours sometimes 16 hours

What does your doctor say about this? Did u tell him?
