I used to drink 3, plus carbonated caffeine drinks. I’ve cut back the last week to 2/day and my energy levels throughout the day are much more stable. I’m aiming to cut back further, but I need to wait for the headaches to stop.

I used to drink a whole pot when I was working because I had to do three things at once.
Now I have to cut back on the coffee because it still makes me think I have so much to do and winds me up
