I drink about a million cups of black, unsweetened, decaf a day. I love it.

I used to drink maybe about 5 medium cups and 2 Monsters per day when I was working.

Now I can only tolerate 1 or 2 decaf cups.

I do enjoy a cup of decaf every now and then, as well. When I’ve had 2-3 cups during the day, and just want something hot (uncaffeinated) to drink at night. Good stuff.

I probably had around a pot and a half of coffee today. :no_mouth:

I hope getting to sleep tonight isn’t going to be the struggle I anticipate.

2 large cups per day, every once in awhile I have an extra cup in the afternoon for a little pick me up.

I used to drink tons of coffee, but then I switched to decaf.

Since then, I began to drink less and less coffee. It got me off the hook.

LS! For years I did not drink coffee. But the research convInced me that I should drink four cups of coffee a day.

None, but I do make strong iced tea with 2 tea bags for 12 ounces

Depends on the day. Sometimes 4-5 caffeinated and another 1-2 decaf, sometimes just decaf at night, sometimes just 1-2 cups in morning, sometimes none at all. 🤷 Just depends how much I need it.

1-2. I prefer plain, black breakfast tea but coffee is convenient. I have one first time I wake up then maybe one later…sometimes store bought because a treat is good.

I used to drink a lot of coffee, but not anymore. Most days now I don’t drink any. Occasionally I’ll have a cup or two however. I’m currently getting my caffeine from cokes.

I just drink coffee if I would go to bed after at the morning I would get the medication from the nursing service. But when I drink coffee it is about 1 to 1.2 liters per day.
