How long till ability started working on positive symptoms?

When I started abilify pills, I was told it would take about five weeks to take full effect.

Don’t expect all your symptoms to magically disappear. But do expect them to become milder

Is it your first AP?

I struggled on 10mg per day for about 6 months. I got symptomatic and upped to 15mg per day. I do much better now.
