My dr said 3 to 6 months!
Took me 4 weeks. You’re talking about positive symptoms, right? Negative symptoms took longer to improve.
I was stabilised before I even took it to be honest. Respiridone did the work for me.
Aripiprazole/abilify had the effect of reducing weight gain and keeping my mood less manic. It’s also helped me with attention in the present, psychologically. I would say.

Voices, aggressivity, delusions, hallucinations, irritability and anger, etc

You mean logic? My sentences didn’t make sense when psychotic and I was talking nonsense to myself. My family told me that I was crazy. I don’t have these issues on meds. Also I have catatonia and OCD when without meds.

I have it when without meds but I still have thought blocking sometimes on meds.

(Abilify 30mg) It seems to be taking me 5-6 months. however I did accidentally forget to take it for a week a few months ago. So if I hadn’t have done that It would probably be working just fine…
