I just got back from doing exercise, drinking a cold cola listening to lo fi right now. I picked up some medicine. Now I’m just in my bed scrolling the web with my dog. wby?
I had some pasta for dinner and am now chilling after a really long day. I had a therapy appointment earlier and our conversations have gotten very intellectual recently now that I am talking less about symptoms. I was going to go to a concert but I don’t feel up to driving an hour tbh.
I’m waiting for pizza to arrive. I got pizzas for my kids and bread sticks for myself. I’m sure that’ll be great for my diet. Oh well, at least the bread sticks have spinach in them. That is good, right?
Sounds like a decent afternoon @anon97970229
Had the psych eval for disability earlier today… Went alright I think. Just ate a burrito bowl for dinner, and now I’m hanging out in my living room having some decaf coffee.
Hope all is well!
Trying to sort out my perpetual midlife crisis.
I keep coming up with life plans, but nothing feels good.
For the record, I’ve reduced my hypothetical work day to 7-8.5 hours. Should be plenty.
@Air Sounds like a lot of progress. I say this because it took me a while to talk clearly because of Schizophrenia, so I imagine you are making good progress. Yeah dude stay with us here and chill my man, over hear it is cloudy a little bit chilly but just enough heat to wear shorts. Hope you enjoy today!
@Happy_H I think the guilt would be worse for your diet than the actual food itself. I think you should enjoy it myy man, be happy enjoy that breadstick, don’t feel guilty about food it isn’t a measure of morality.
Ohhhhh man if you can I would love to chat about it further if you don’t mind me messaging you, because I got one this year and I want to prepare, but all that aside I think you did great you shouldn’t worry (if it is worrying you). Sounds delicious I love burrito bowls, especially from Freebirds burritos.
Ya know I think I’m going to brew some weak coffee and drink some, sounds like an awesome afternoon
@naturallycured
I don’t know what to say. Sounds like a lot of anxiety about the future, I don’t know if that is true but I know this. Life will get better, wishing you the best.
Don’t mind at all, feel free to message whenever Never had Freebirds burritos, but I’ve also never met a burrito I didn’t like
i can’t message you so i will ask you here. What kind of questions do they ask? Is it with a ssi doctor? I have one in December. Anymore info will help.
It wasn’t as bad as I thought it was gonna be. They ask basic questions about your symptoms, meds, a little background info on your life.
Then they make you do some memory exercises and stuff, a couple math problems, and that’s really about it. Hope this helps some!
Wow, this took a lot of stress off of me, thank you! @Schztuna
