How is it possible to eat a 1500 calorie diet and exercise and still put on weight?
I do 240 press ups, 40 bilateral presses, 50-100 sit ups, 130 bicep curls a day.
I measure out my food precisely and measure it on myfitness app. I use Huel food and shakes (plus fruit) so know precisely the amount of calories I consume.
These APs are crazy! How on earth is this possible?
