How is it possible?

How is it possible to eat a 1500 calorie diet and exercise and still put on weight?

I do 240 press ups, 40 bilateral presses, 50-100 sit ups, 130 bicep curls a day.

I measure out my food precisely and measure it on myfitness app. I use Huel food and shakes (plus fruit) so know precisely the amount of calories I consume.

These APs are crazy! How on earth is this possible?

Could be muscles?

I’m hoping so, but this isn’t a bodybuilding diet. It is just the essential nutrients.

But you’re working your muscles quite a lot. That’s bound to build muscles. Try measuring in inches instead of lbs
