I am having to learn R, SQL & Python

Yea it’s a fair bit of coding. I do like it
The pay is less than I was earning Pre-Covid, but I don’t mind as I am learning so many skills, and they’re giving me time to develop.
Never had an opportunity like this one before, so pressure is on not to screw it up like the rest of the jobs I’ve had

Yeah same. Anytime I start a new job I feel the pressure of trying to keep it. Have worked a bunches of places and the area I live in only has so many places to work, so I feel ya. Again, good luck. I know that could be hard at times lol
And yeah everything takes times to learn. Isn’t that comparable to learning a new language? coding that is lol

My job too. I’m quite pleased with how supportive they’ve been. Taken off so many sick days. And all they seem to ask is if I’m okay. If I need extra support in therapy via the company. Etc.
Management is great.
They seem happy with me.
