How is everybody doing now. I haven’t been here in a while.

I had a pretty good day. I was up all night a couple nights ago. The clozapine usually knocks me out no idea how that happened I think I took my meds.

I’m alright here. My mom’s birthday is today. We’re going out to eat.

I’m having a pyjama day. Not going outdoors nor getting dressed. My diet is going great. My mom dropped by to chat. All is well.

Are you still going to that group home?
