by just changing my mindset i am able to overcome 90% of my psychotic symptoms
1 dont be extreme in sadness or happiness or fear or anxiety. trust me those fears arent real its ur brain tricking you probably.
2 being more positive
3 whenever u hear voices imideatly blame ir on something for example ur own brain or a liece of paper or something and say its fake.
4 try be normal, dont be extreme in anything
what else did you do that helps u with voices n anxiety?

I think you are reading too much into it. No one is dismissing mental illness. Just figuring out healthy ways to deal with it.

I also had this thought that nothing is impossible but it can hopefully work in your favor too. Don’t give up hope.
