How I handled one commitment

One afternoon they took me to a mental health clinic, and early the next day I was sitting in a comfortable chair in the lounge bundled up in a nice blanket, reading a book. It really bugged the staff, because a person is not supposed to be that comfortable in treatment. I used the time to read and to write. One time this woman staffer said to me, “You can’t use the mental hospital as a place to write!” I was just making the best of the situation, like I always do.

Nice style @crimby !

That’s so strange. I was too paranoid to talk so they gave me a notebook and a pen and told me to journal. My mom and my sisters told me to write too.

I didn’t write a damn thing.

I don’t wanna say what I did with the pen. Probably triggering but eventually they took it away from me. I didn’t see any cameras in the bathroom. There was one over the beds but not in the bathroom. Don’t know how I got caught.

Sounds like horrible staff.

Sounds like they wanted to supress you so they feel superior and better than you.
They want you to feel bad.

When I studied aged care they said you should empower your clients.not supress them.
