I’m directing this to people with Sza and a mood disorder, namely bipolar or others alike.
Anyone with grudges against people you live with? Does it affect your daily state of mind and mood? How does grudge affect you?
having a grudge is an unhealthy way to be.
if some one has done you wrong ( not a sz wrong which is probably imagined…not real ! ).
then you do not have to forget or forgive the wrong…
but it is important to move on with your life.
avoid the person…or forgive them if you can…but don’t let it plague you…
i have done this…and it is not worth it.
know someone cares
take care
There’s a saying about how acid eats away at the vessel it’s stored in, not just what it’s poured on. That’s how grudges affect me. When I try to forgive people who have hurt me in the past it’s not because I am accepting their actions, I’m just accepting that holding onto that hurt hurts ME most of all.
The best thing I can do is to stay positive throughout my day. The positive days usually end up being good days.

Briefly.
Once I do the 10 StEP do, I get off the horse. Even if I continue to dislike the person, it’s just not worth the price of getting my dander up.
Holding a grudge against someone is a lot like drinking poison and hoping the other person will die.
Grudges solve nothing. There is no end when you go down that road.
grudges can destroy families lives .i have 1 sister i love her dearly always will but she has held a grugde over 30 years .ive heard nasty mean hurtful remarks i swallowed it turned other cheek to keep peace.in oct last year she blew it all up i went into deprssion our mom also couldnt sleep eat cried for days,i moved on but the things she did in oct were horrid i hold no grugde but i cant pretend it didnt happen continue going to her home playing cards talking on phone for hrs.i dream of her almost every night that we have made up.i lost someone i loved dearly beleive me it isnt worth filling yourself up with hate
When I can when someone continues to upsets me online I have learnt that the best policy is to block/ignore them.
Thanks for the answers.
