No don’t think that. I didn’t understand the article at all. I think it might have been written for researchers or something.

I get severe apathy all day if I don’t leave the light on when I sleep. Leaving the light on in the bedroom all night reduces my negative symptoms by about 50%.

I discovered this when I bought an eye mask and some blackout curtains and became severely apathetic a few days later.
