How do you move past the paranoia?

I need to do something that I’m paranoid to do. I don’t want to divulge all the details.

How do you make yourself do a necessary thing and overcome the paranoia? It’s an everyday task that I need to do now.


I’m sorry I’m really amped up today in my head and I don’t know why???

Feel the fear and do it anyway. Accept that you might feel paranoid but the task is necessary and then next time it wront be so hard

I put one foot in front of the other when I’m feeling overwhelmed by paranoia. It concerns me that you have to do it daily. I’m worried you will be overwhelmed. Again I think you should talk to your husband about it.
