When I was on zyprexa years ago, I got hungry (which ofc is a common side effect), but when I’m on the same med now, I don’t get more hungry from it. How come?

Maybe you also take an antidepressant that curbs the appetite. I take fluoxetine and I eat less than before.

when I was on Zyprexa I got fat eating very little, I didn’t fell hungry yet I was fat
Nah I don’t. I only take zyprexa + a little risperdal. (was previously on zyprexa only and had the same normal appetite)
