I actually prefer powdered creamer and sugar but it bothers my tum tum, so I just use the powdered creamer and that tastes pretty good.

I switched to caffeine pills. Coffee was messing with my blood sugar, made me more agitated and irritable/angry.

Lots of cream. Nothing else.

Unless it’s black I can drink it only if it’s cold tho.

Black as midnight! I prefer the strong taste of black, dark roast coffee.

Also, a bonus is that I don’t have to give extra insulin, cause there are no carbohydrates in black coffee. I’m a type 1 diabetic, life dependent on insulin. I like that it won’t affect my blood sugar!

So, it’s just great all around.

I selected cream and sugar, but I actually use sweetener because I am diabetic.

We use milk - unless this is the whole biscuit thing again and Americans call milk cream?

Here cream is something you put on your pudding cold

In England cream is super rare to have with tea/coffee. I have white coffee (just milk), with double strength.

Milk and cream are different.

I may be wrong (feel free to correct me), but I feel like full fat milk, or even semi skimmed is rarer in US/CA too. Where as in the UK semi skimmed is pretty standard.

To add some clarification I think it has to do with fat content, but there may be some other differences too.

Milk comes as 1%, 2% or 3% fat whereas coffee cream comes as 5%, 10% or 18% fat. You can also buy fat free cream.

There is also whipping cream around 35% fat.

black and like 3x concentrated lol. i use instant coffee and put like 3 spoonfuls into a bit of water and take it like an espresso shot. Wakes me up instantly :joy:

With a small dash of milk, usually regular but sometimes oat or almond.
I also like to have my coffee with some coconut oil from time to time.
