How do you deal with negativity?

I have negativity. Does anyone have negativity like bad attitude and other things. Why does it seem like negativity is pure 100 percent useless and not to be expressed in any way?

If you’re always negative, it not only affects your own health, but you also become toxic to the health of others and they will start avoiding you out of necessity. Negativity is a bad habit to be avoided.

I’m very negative! I try to not be, but it’s hard. Yes, I don’t have a lot of friends. I think I’m negative to the point that I’m toxic.

I wish I wasn’t! I wish I could be positive. Instead I’m a negative person regurgitating positive things, I feel like a phony!

On meds i’m negative, curse god everday, get put down and bullied basically by everyone around me.

Off them I feel close to god and see beauty in life.

It’s just the sad reality of the situation I guess.

Problem solving.

Yes I am negative man, because in my job with sz, bp, mayopia and diabetic, if I don’t lie than it is very difficult to work. Also in any relationship i want to manipulate a lot of things. But if i commit something than i should do it anyhow.

I have the same issues, since adding Abilify to my mix things have turned for the better. I still have those moments just like you described but now they are not the majority of the time like they used to be. I feel closer with people and see some of the beauty in life. I hope you get better with your symptoms and can regain the positive things you described also.

Complaining is needed to find out what needs to be addressed. I try to limit my complaining for this purpose.

Yes I get way more things accomplished this way. Otherwise I just sulk away my life.
