I depend on others, they hint me if my behavior is not normal. If I judge myself than it becomes late for any loss.

I live alone and pretty far from everyone. I have a timer on my computer that reminds me every hour to update a status of what I did. Sometimes I’m too unmotivated to do it even though I’m on the computer, but I just fill it in later.

Last week I was super depressed and acting really weird. I didn’t even come on here. The only reason I knew I was relapsed was because I was tracking how much I was sleeping. At least for me it’s hard to know I relapsed when I’m actually in it because I have delusions that I’m super productive when I’m not.

I told my mom on Christmas that I was relapsing and she helped motivate me. Now I’m manic though, which I know because I’ve been sleeping less and less and doing too much. I actually only slept 3 hours last night so I have to update it lol

My first post on here was about me freaking out because I was seeing a cat in my apartment and the days leading up to that I was sleeping 16 hrs a day. The sleeping itself isn’t a relapse but when I sleep 14+ hrs and I think I only slept like 6 then it helps me realize I’m not thinking straight and I call someone, but during it I don’t actually feel “off” if that makes any sense
