How do i deal with that?

I spend massive amount of time sleeping
Something near to 84 hrs a week
How do i deal with that

Set an alarm clock it will force you to wake up

Look forward to waking up in the morning like taking a warm shower, getting dressed, and going out for coffee or tea.

Put an alarm clock far away from you and set it to the loudest setting.

Take a high dose of fish oil. After using it long term I stopped sleeping so much.

Eating lots of junk food makes me sleep more. I noticed this.
