This girl at work doesnt like me that much. She has a range of problems. She constantly makes up storys and such and its just toxic behaviour tbh.
Just avoid her… If she lies… you tell the truth. If she wants to start problems ignore her. Truly toxic people feed off of other people’s suffering and create negativity when there is none. I e she’s messed up have sympathy but just move on man…
I agree with @AKendrick. When I was in my throughs of BPD traits, it’s best to avoid them if you’re not family or a trained professional.
Understand that more than likely they had severe trauma at some point in their childhood and are resorting back to childish behaviors. If you don’t get past the trauma in your childhood, then BPD will only get worse. Luckily for me, I have the number 1 trauma therapist in the state of Iowa as my therapist and he helps a lot.
