In addition to meds, how did your CBT therapist treat the ideas of reference?

I only get this fleetingly so I’ve never sought treatment.

I hope it’s something clever. Telling a schizophrenic to stop making ideas of reference is like telling a broken radio to fix itself.

I have insight, so I just ignore it if I feel I’m thinking too much on it.
