thy drive me round the twist…I can get nothing done as they persecute me…they always punish me for no wrong that ive done…I get punished just for getting agitated

when i am at a bad mood I hear hostile voices. they tell me to die, that I am â– â– â– â– â– â–  useless etc.

Do you take any medicine karl? I hear disembodied voices almost everyday.idk i just meditate for a few minutes. I used to tell mine to shut the ■■■■ up…lol they went quiet. I know thats not the case for you karl.id take over the voices if i could so you could have some peace

Hi @Roxanna… I do take meds (650mg clozapine and 300mg Seroquel) but still I get harassed…
