I think both are very refreshing, but nothing beats the hot tub. I would look like all shriveled up all the time if I had one.

I like both but I’d rather do sauna because of how you feel afterwards. I think personally it’s hard to sit in an extremely hot area, but it’s worth it. Hot tubs are great too. Such a hard decision.

The hot tub at my gym is always full of old men. I wish they had a separate one for the ladies.

My choice is hot tub. I didn’t tried sauna so don’t know if i could like it.

I have a hot tub but it runs off of 110v instead of 220v so it’s not that powerful. My dogs think they are king of the hill on it.
