I’ve just cooked some dinner for the old man and I. It’s Saturday night down under so lots of sport going on here and cricket test match in England. Will soon go to bed as I’ve taken my meds and going to listen to all the sport on radio…

Just been shopping at Aldi. £24 for a whole weeks food and a special meal for my parents on Wednesday!
I am also dying my hair blonde today. If it looks rubbish I will get my head shaved.

Today will be boring for me.
The day is nearing an end where I am. I finally picked up my prescription today, after going without meds for seven days. That’s the longest I’ve been off meds in ten years. The only withdrawal symptom seems to be crankiness at the moment………
I’m great! I’m gross with all those dirty feet that I had to see, but besides that I’m great 
I’m feeling fine this morning…will probably be a boring day

I’m doing well today, thanks for asking. Did a meditation this morning and some reading of the Christian Democrats parties in Europe, Latin America and Australia. It’s like I’m keeping doing research on Christian Right in the USA and Christian Central Right in Europe. In the afternoon I listened to the music on my APP and downloaded some of them. Now I just finished the cooking of dinner. Relaxed and happy!

It’s a quiet day for me. My husband is working until 5 so I will just be doing a lot of reading until then. We’ll go to Subway for dinner and then to Food Lion for the week’s grocery shopping. Nothing exciting, though I am looking forward to Subway. Been craving a veggie sub, actually what I’m craving is hot peppers!

Hi, can’t get enough coffee this morning. I’ll probably just do some cleaning and straightening. Thank God we got some rain overnight, we’re in a slight drought here, the poor farmers.

Surfing the web at 3 am. I lead an exciting life. 
Well I’m just listening to some music before bed tomorrow me and my support worker will go for a walk then coffee I’ve been learning to crochet and I’m fighting with my neighbour.
