Hi guys u can help me...does meditation and deep breathing excersize help with sz symptoms

I have started doing 30min pranayam ie deep breathing excersize twice a day …will it be helpful in reducing sz symptoms…

Nope but they can be helpful for reduce and control stress and anxiety.

Yeah I use deep breathing for anxiety lately.

It can help with anxiety and energy so it might help you with some negative symptoms.
