I’m anywhere from 66 to 70 degrees in the winter. This year so far it’s mainly been 68. I think 68 is about right for me maybe warmer at night cause my blankets suck and I don’t want my dog to freeze.
We are keeping it at 60f while we sleep and are under the covers and between 62 and 64f while we are up and moving around. We turn it down when we are going to be gone for awhile.
I wear a light jacket in the house.
This is just until we get our first heating bill where we have been using the heat consistently.
Im a bit worried about how high our heating billl will be in this house with drafty windows. Even after I have plastic the windows.
If the bill is reasonable, we will start turning it up.
Its easy to open a window if it gets too hot. Ive got a sweater on and blankets and im cold. Im putting my foot down now and having the bloody heating on. He can moan all he wants lol
About 72 F but we are lucky in our apartment because we seem to get some heat from adjoining apartments so even if we turn the thermostat entirely off it sometimes is 74F
I like to be warm and toasty year round so I keep it at 75 or 76°F in the winter and at around 73 or 74°F in the summer. I pay for my own utility bills.
