How r y’all doing today? Long time no see my peeps… I got my own apartment after living in a motel for 3 and a half years. It feels awesome. Been clean from ganja for 3 months. I feel great. Who’s watching blue jays kick some arse at 5 pm?

im trying to get mt lease signed for a place in august… right now Im stuck at my moms. I’m craving that freedom.

I am taking private strength training sessions and they are good.
I also do aerobic exercise every day.
Overall physically things are looking up for me.
I also try to eat healthy, and use exactly the method that you use, fruits and veggies in a blender,
only I am not able to do it myself, my mother prepares the juice for me.
My level of functioning is low but I am doing my best and enjoying life…

Good job chess. Im 255 lbs I could sure lose 80 lbs. I only pay 10$ a month for gym membership. To me it sounds like your doing awesome man

Actually I have my problems, I can’t do household chores, can’t work, can’t read and study…
But at least I work out every day, and sometimes more than 1 workout a day,
I feel all right, am active on the internet…
I do my best…

I had a healthy eating day today had a veggie bean stew for lunch and then made soya mince and gnochi with tomato sauce,
screwed it tonight though and had some chicken selects and fries from macd’s, could’ve been worse though but i wouldnt touch a burger again lol
