Mondays are a bit of a struggle some times but it’s gets better as the week goes on
Had a few meetings but they have broken up the day and I am struggling to focus as I have some big projects

I’m still trying to get my stomach issues under control. But I am better than before so that’s good.
I spent the day with my daughter yesterday and we had a good time.

Hello. I’ve had a relaxing morning. Just ordered take away for dinner. Didn’t want to cook today.
Think it will be a bit of a hectic afternoon.
Just on phone to CMHT but I’m in a queue. Typical. Lately it’s been a nightmare getting through to them.
