friday is james bond day hereā€¦ we watched ā€œthe living daylightsā€ and then an episode of the 100 and now iā€™m gonna listen music and browse the forum.

Iā€™m feeling off today however I did get some some stuff done.

I saw the dietitian this morning. She says I look good. I gained 1kg over the festive season untill today.
