by not getting enough exercise. probably not the answer you wanted.

I watch what I eat and keep few snacks in the house, it is easier in the summer, because when it gets really hot I lose the urge to eat, fill up on fluids. Winter I’m always hungry

exercise and walking helps me somewhat
look into ketogenics

I don’t manage it very well these days, the less I exercise, the less energy I have to exercise.
It’s a vicious cycle.
