Here's my old resume that employers would trash it and shred it

Not just because of the ugly formatting, but also because of frequent job hop.

It’s where volunteering comes into it sometimes as helpful to fill in the gaps of periods you can’t work due to illness. Also looks great on your resume as shows you’re a part of improving the community and willing to work. Volunteering becomes a stepping stone often for me to see if I’m ready to work also to deal with people. Although not paid worked does give the same improvement to self esteem etc I really can’t go on about it enough

I have volunteered for computer tutor several years ago for one month. That was my only volunteering experience. Maybe this time I will think about your suggestion.

Yeah I was a volunteer domestic violence counselor for a summer and it was really fulfilling.
