What are some tricks or techniques that you guys have used to help with stressful symptoms? I like listening to music after a huge bowl of ice cream.

Tricks of the trade I called them.
Well I would read newspaper headlines and think about each word until it made sense.
Then if I felt OK I maybe would read a whole story.
Then I would take that Focus and turn it outside on the real world.
I would look at my hand or a leaf and study it real hard until the anxiety would go away. I had to stop thinking about the nonsense in my head.
Music can distract you from the head circus too.
That is a secret I never tell real people of course, unless it’s my Doctor.
