Help Please!

Not feeling too well here. Would like to go to the emergency, I am suffering from panic attack. But staying home is better. Voices are saying things to me.

What are the voices saying? Do you have anyone you can phone? Maybe make some tea and try reading a book/news or listen to some music.

That I am dying soon but how can I protect my friend and myself. Everytime I think of someone else I feel really anxious.
