Nobody is mad at you. We are trying to help you. You are very unstable, as I was. At once point I also thought everyone was against me, as a plot, to conspire against me. I confronted people as a lunatic. I only made a fool out of myself.

Yeah, I really hate this illness. I wish there was something I could do about it, with my own willpower. But I can’t! It’s only the right meds and rest that helps.
