I think you could benefit from a coach,
a coach can help you gradually set modest goals like starting with getting out of the house for a 5 minute walk,
and gradually try to build your life.
Good luck!

maybe you just need someone to hold your hand to feel safe with, i use to use my mums dog to leave the house when i was paranoid about going out, the dog made me feel safe for once a week when i had to go to the shop for my mum.

A coach can make things worse if she’s dealing with emotional issues.

@DelusionalSoldier this woman needs help.
I think that it would be good to attempt to see a coach.
If you have other suggestions, I suggest that you put it forward.
I don’t believe in psychologists, but maybe a therapist could help her.

What do you advise her to do?
You discard my idea but don’t offer any alternatives…

Another alternative can be a combination of medicines and psychotherapy. She can look for a psychiatrist and psychotherapist.

Do you have a psychotic disorder currently?

no 24/7 derealization that let me to panic disorder and depression and avoidance

If you don’t already have a psychotic disorder I don’t see why that would be a problem then. But I’m not a doctor so I guess anything is possible.

If you haven’t been psychotic before, you probably won’t develop psychosis from stress unless you have reasons to be predisposed to it.

I can relate. I’m agoraphobic myself. Those phobias can be so hard to beat. You don’t mention any hospitalizations you’ve had. Maybe a stay in the hospital would help. That’s a safe place to be out in public. You can have as much or as little company as you want. Personally, I live at an assisted living center for the mentally ill. I get most of my interaction needs met, and I can be alone when I want to be. You might think about staying at an assisted living center for a while. The only time you can be compelled to stay at one of these places is if you have been court ordered to stay at one. You’re free to leave when you want.
