I’m good at the moment, but has this happened to you? This isn’t so much like hearing voices in running water or fans or anything. More like hearing words in random noise like clattering. Or like hearing bird song but it sounds more like words that can be (sometimes) understood. When delusional, I thought the birds actually were talking to me. Isn’t there a term for that? Anyone else experience something similar? Just trying to come to terms with it.

I only hear, sometimes the door bell ringing, when it isn’t. Or I hear disgesting noises, like from somebody else, or little chunks of somebody saying something not unterstandable.

Yes, I’ve experienced that. Early on while unmedicated I thought animals could talk. I heard them a few times but it was all in my mind. I still do sometimes hear a voice in running water.

Never had this, but I always had a Greek chorus of voices in my fan. Or the A/C.

Ah ha! Thank you! I wonder why I couldn’t find it. I thought it was separate from white noise sort of voices but I guess it’s the same thing.

Yep, very similar to that. I don’t get it in white noise like water running though, that’s gotta be tough.
Yeah. Sometimes after the toilet flushes and is getting refilled I think I’m water divining or something.
