It’s hard for me to distinguish the two.
Lately I hear them when I try to sleep. I previously hadn’t heard one since 5 years :(. I think it is attributed to stress.
I started hearing voices in middle school. That’s when my mom got sick right before she died. I was 13. I got physically sick at her funeral.
