Does anyone here think they can hear so well that they can hear conversations far away? I think it’s how I justify the voices. I also believe I can hear the other way through microphones and recording equipment.

Nope. It’s a delusion. Voices are the product of neurons misfiring in our brains. They need to be silenced before they coerce you to do something bad.
A friend with undiagnosed psychosis and paranoia after much weed, used to say that he could hear people talking from far away
